1920s
Brothers Elias and Feiz leave Zahle, Lebanon, and settle in Brazil as textile merchants.
1960s to 1980s
The family becomes one of São Paulo’s leading real estate developers and expands into sugar and ethanol, pulp and paper, and banking.
1990s to 2000s
The pulp and paper business grows into one of Latin America’s largest producers and goes public. Its later sale allows the family to consolidate its holdings into a dedicated family office.
2020s
The next generation establishes the family office’s international base in Abu Dhabi, connecting Brazil and the Gulf.
